Lots of greenery, a big garden and fountain in the center of the premises , enough open spaces to sit out and walk in the morning & evening hour’s .Big lawns, kitchen garden &.fruit trees enough open space to feel free from the boundaries of life. Beautiful and pollution free environment.

Rooms

Big airy rooms with all amenities elderly requires. Beautifully furnished rooms with attached bathrooms and kitchenette.

Common areas

There is a Recreational room, Doctor’s room, Meditation hall, spacious Dinning hall.

Visitor's room

Some guest rooms for the relatives of the inmates will be available on payment basis. They can entertain their guest in the recreation room.

Car parking

There is ample parking space for the residents cars, and a walk way lies alongside a garden.

Power backup

Generator is available in case of power failure.

Drinking water

Water purifier is available.

Care taker

Male /female care taker will be available. Attendant for room cleaning and general help is available. Dhobi, individual newspaper, magazines on payment basis.

Meals

Healthy vegetarian food and egg will be served.

Electric appliances

Resident can use Refrigerator, TV, A/C, Hot-plate or microwave oven in the rooms. Electricity charges will be charged by the sub-meter individually.
